Wykonanie: Wymieszać wszystkie składniki. Blaszkę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i natłuszczamy. Ciasto układamy na papier do pieczenia i wałkujemy go, można też palcami, na grubość ok. 1 cm. Kroimy ciasto na trójkąty. Pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200°C przez ok. 10-15 minut. Wrzucamy gotowe nachos na patelnię z olejem i smażymy ok 1 minuty, wtedy staną się bardziej chrupiące, posypujemy solą i ziołami do smaku (np. czosnkiem niedźwiedzim).

Come si fa: Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti e metterli insieme delicatamente. Versare l'impasto in una teglia semplice (foderata da carta da forno e unta). Tagliare l'impasto steso di 1 cm a triangoli. Infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 10-15 minuti. far friggere i nachos pronti per 1 minuto sul fuoco medio, in questo modo diventeranno ancora più croccanti. Aggiungere il sale a piacere e le vostre spezie ed erbe aromatiche preferite.
