Kasza gryczana z warzywami - Roasted buckwheat groats/kasha with vegetables - Grano saraceno con le verdure

Składniki/Ingredients/Ingredienti:
200 g kaszy gryczanej/ 200 g buckwheat roasted groats (kasha)/ 200 g di grano saraceno
1 marchewka/ 1 carrot diced/ 1 carota
1 cebulka/ 1 small or medium onion or 1 spring onion/ 1 cipolletta o cipolla media
ząbek czosnku/ 1 garlic clove/ 1 spicchio d'aglio
sery wg gustu/ about 100 g your favourite cheese/ formaggi che ti piacciono di più
koperek/ fresh or dried dill weed/ aneto
opcjonalnie odrobinę pokrojonej poledwicy/ optionally a bit of sirloin steak cooked and cut or some other meat you like/  un po' di lombo cotto e tagliato
czarne oliwki/ several chopped black olives/ le olive nere
sól i pieprz do smaku/ salt and pepper to taste/ sale e pepe
olej z oliwek lub masło/ about 15 g (1 tablespoon) olive oil or butter/ olio di oliva o burro

Polish version
Ugotować kaszę, warzywa z polędwicą podsmażyć na oleju lub maśle wg uznania. Marchewkę można podgotować razem z gotującą się kaszą, po czym wyjąć i pokroić. Wymieszać warzywa z kaszą i posypać serami, lub pokroić sery i zmieszać z warzywami, podsmażyć.

English version
Boil the buckwheat and diced carrot in 2½ cups of water for 10 – 12 minutes and let rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the onions and mince the garlic. Fry them in oil or butter over medium heat until the onions are translucent. Add the steak, and some cheese and mix with onions and garlic. Add the dill and buckwheat/carrot mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with additional grated cheese. 

Italian version
Cuocere il grano saraceno. Puoi cuocere la carota assieme al grano. Tagliare tutte le verdure e soffriggere un po con il burro o l'olio, come vuoi. Si può aggiungere un po' di lombo ed i formaggi sulla padella delle verdure. Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti e servire con il formaggio grattugiato.
