Wykonanie: Kaszę opłucz dobrze w zimnej wodzie, by pozbyła się goryczki, później sparz we wrzącej. Zagotuj wodę, osól do smaku, wsyp kaszę i gotuj pod przykryciem na średnim ogniu przez ok. 15-18 minut. Pod koniec gotowania dodaj trochę masła. Odstaw garnek na ok. 15 minut. W międzyczasie zrób konfiturę z kiwi (kliknij tutaj). Ugotowaną kaszę można jeszcze raz omaścić. Włożyć do salaterek, polać konfiturą z kiwi i ozdobić plasterkami truskawek.

Come si fa: Prima della cottura il miglio in chicchi deve essere lavato per bene con acqua fredda e subito dopo con acqua bollente. Mettere a bollire l'acqua e quando è bollente, mettete il sale e poi versate il miglio. Lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento, coperto per circa 15 - 18 minuti e poi mettete la pentola fuori fuoco e lasciatela per altri 15 minuti, al coperto (si può aggiungere un altro po' di burro). Nel frattempo, fate la vostra marmellata di kiwi (per la ricetta guardate qui). Riempite le ciotole con il miglio lesso, copritelo con la marmellata e decorate con le fettine di fragole.
